Manifolds for Air, Water, Hydraulic
Polyconn's manifolds can be used with air, water, and hydraulic fluid. They feature:
- 1000 PSI for non-shock air
- 3000 PSI for non-shock hydraulic
- Temperature ranges from -10°F to 200°F
- Great corrosion resistance with standard anodized and nickel plated selection
- 2 to 10 or 90 degree inline standard outlets
- 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, and 3/4 NPT female threaded outlet sizes
Custom options are available regarding materials, outlets, outlet thread size, inlet thread size, length, outlet spacing, and other factors.
We supply pneumatic manifolds in a range of materials to meet your exact specifications. Our standard material options include:
- Black Anodized. Black Anodized aluminum is resilient and provides increased strength and wear resistance.
- Nickel Plated. Nickel Plated aluminum manifolds are durable and corrosion resistant.
For custom-designed projects, we have supplied manifolds constructed from:
- Brass. Brass manifolds are highly durable and ductile in high-temperature applications.
- Stainless Steel. Stainless Steel creates high-performing manifolds with aesthetic appeal.
- Nylon. Featuring high tensile strength, Nylon resists abrasion and is best suited to low-pressure applications.
- Polypropylene. Lightweight and cost-effective, this material is chemical-resistant and works well in low-pressure applications.
- Acetal. Acetal plastic provides a higher level of impact resistance and stands up to colder temperatures. It is best used in moderate-pressure applications.
- Delrin 150. A form of acetal, Delrin 150 is ideal for industrial and mechanical applications that are exposed to moist or wet environments. It features a good dimensional stability and is easy to machine.
