  • How do I create an account?

    1) Click the "New Account" link at the top right side of our site in the Login menu.

    2) Enter the information into the form and create your desired password.

    3) Select "Register".

    Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

    NOTE: If you have ordered from E-Motion on our previous platform (prior to 10-12-2023), your account information is still in the system. Please use the "Forgot Your Password?" link to reset your password and access your account.


    How do I edit my account information?

    Click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.


    How much is my shipping?

    Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. If shipping charges look incorrect for your desired shipping method, please Contact Us


    I forgot my password.

    Click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? That link will send an email to you with your password.


    How do I return my product?

    Please contact us for more information on returning an item. Return authorization information and instructions for returnable items will be provided. Restocking fees may apply, and vary by product.


    I received the wrong product.

    If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.


    What is your return policy?

    Standard product(s) may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase, provided product(s) are in new, sellable condition, and are returned at customer's expense. Credit will be issued for the original product purchase amount, less freight and any applicable restocking fees. Warranty returns must be returned per the warranty conditions, freight pre-paid, with any credit or replacement pending warranty evaluation by the manufacturer. All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us via phone or at support@e-motioninc.com. Some items may not be returnable, such as built-to-order products and any items classified as NC/NR by the manufacturer.


    When will my order ship?

    Product availability varies. While we strive to keep inventory readily available, not all products are ready to ship off the shelf. Some items are inventoried off-site, and some are also made to order. Please contact us to review availability of products, as we often can substitute or make other arrangements for any items that are not currently available within the required time frame. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

    How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

    Login In to your account at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

    How do I track my order?

    Click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

    My order never arrived.

    Click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.

    An item is missing from my shipment.

    Click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.

    When will my backorder arrive?

    Please Contact Us for status on any back ordered parts. We will normally contact you to advise of any inventory shortages and timing when an order is placed, if all parts are not readily available.

  • Pricing and Billing

    Are quantity discounts available?

    Yes, many items qualify for OEM and quantity discounts. Contact us for information on quantity breaks not already listed on the item(s) of interest.

    Credit Card Orders- Is my card charged when the order is placed?

    No, we do not charge a customer's card until the order has shipped. Online orders authorize the credit card to assure availability of funds, but there is no actual capture of funds until shipment. Contact your card issuer if you have additional questions on authorizations vs. charges.

    Do I have to pay sales tax?

    You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse, or if your shipping address is in the following states: IN

    I have a question on my charges.

    Click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to access and review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service.

    I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

    Click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices, or contact us and we will send the documentation needed to you.

    When will my credit appear on my account?

    Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

  • International Shipping


    Do you ship to my country?

    Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, online ordering is not currently available. You may contact Support for specific shipping questions for your destination. 

    Please be advised that your country of import may require duties, taxes, and additional fees. The receiver shall be liable for any additional import fees required at receiving.

    What are my payment choices?

    During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
