Shipping and Returns Policies

Product availability:

Product availability varies. While we strive to ensure that our products are readily available, not all items are ready to ship off the shelf immediately. Some items are inventoried off-site, some are made to order, and some are occasionally subject to supply chain issues. Please contact us to discuss availability of specific products, as we often can substitute or make other arrangements for any items that are not currently available within the required time frame.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Login In to your account at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?

Click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

My order never arrived.

Click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. 

An item is missing from my shipment.

Click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. 

When will my backorder arrive?

Please Contact Us for status on any back ordered parts. We will normally contact you to advise of any inventory shortages and timing when an order is placed, if all parts are not readily available.

How do I return my product?

Please Contact Us for more information on returning an item. Return authorization information and instructions will be provided. Restocking fees may apply, and vary by product.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the shipment.
